Return & Refunds Policy

At Ryeland Sky, we are committed to providing you with the best shopping experience. While we hope you’re completely satisfied with your purchase, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as expected. Our Return and Refund Policy outlines the steps for returning products and requesting a refund.

  1. Eligibility for Returns
    We accept returns only for damaged or defective items received. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

  2. Return Period
    You can request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery. If more than 7 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a return or exchange.

  3. Process for Returns
    If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately, providing your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the damaged or defective product. Once we verify the issue, we will guide you through the return process.

  4. Refund Policy
    We offer refunds for returned items that are damaged or defective. Since we only offer cash on delivery as a payment option, refunds will be issued in the same manner, with cash refunded to you at the time of the return pickup.

  5. Non-Returnable Items
    Please note that certain items may not be eligible for return. These include:

    • Products that are used or altered.

    • Items not in their original condition or packaging.

  6. Return Shipping
    If your return is approved, we will arrange for the return of the product at no extra charge. The return must be in the original packaging with all included accessories, if applicable.

  7. Damaged or Missing Items
    If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or missing parts, please notify us as soon as possible. We will arrange for a replacement or refund based on your preference.

  8. Refund Processing Time
    After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be completed in cash at the time of collection of the returned product.
